Rick Eberhardt is a skilled executive with over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and business development. Graduating from California State University with a degree in Business Administration, he went on to study Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations at California State University, Fullerton. Rick has served in various capacities throughout his career, leaving a remarkable track record in each role. He is known for his ability to create and implement commercialization strategies that drive revenue growth effectively. Rick has a talent for identifying new territory niches and customers for the expansion of existing products. His strong research and analysis skills inform his guidance of product development efforts.

Rick has also played key roles in hiring, retaining, directing, and evaluating highly skilled executives and managers. He is adept at delegating responsibilities to subordinates, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement through idea-sharing. Rick has also demonstrated his commitment to finance management by developing and enforcing budgets and financial controls to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs.
