With over 20 years of experience in performing and teaching improv, he specializes in experiential learning to help participants improve their listening, creativity, decision-making, and public speaking abilities. Rick Andrews holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. He has been actively involved in several organizations, such as serving as a former Board Member at The Unscripted Project, an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York, and as the Head Instructor & Curriculum Lead at The Magnet Theater. Additionally, Rick has contributed his expertise as an Improv Instructor & Instructional Design Consultant in a freelance capacity.
