Lee-Anne Ragan

Lee-Anne Ragan is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience delivering training, team building, and entertainment services to businesses all around the world. She is the former President of Rock.Paper.Scissors Inc. and has received numerous awards in recognition of her training expertise. Lee-Anne has completed her Provincial Instructor Training Certificate at Vancouver Community College and holds a Masters's degree in Education from Simon Fraser University. She has also studied social work at The University of British Columbia and Semester at Sea at the University of Pittsburgh.

Lee-Anne is a former consultant at the United Nations and a Peacebuilding, cultural intelligence, and program evaluation trainer at the organization. She has also served as a program director at YMCA of Greater Vancouver, an entrepreneur at FWE e-series, and a presenter at every WOMAN Events, Social Media Strategies Summit in London, and Women's International Networking Conference in Paris.

As an expert trainer, Lee-Anne specializes in engaging corporate training such as Working Better Together, Train the Trainer, and Life Lenses TM Individual Assessment Tool workshops that facilitate personal performance and team effectiveness. Her workshops combine professional improv comedians and training expertise to deliver cutting-edge knowledge with laughter and humor, which promotes better learning, communication, responsiveness, and innovation.
