Richard Weinberg is the CEO of the Terrace Tower Group (TTG), a leading real estate and investment company with investments in Australia and the United States. With over twenty years of experience in the Property & Investment market, he plays a pivotal role within the company.

Apart from his responsibilities at TTG, Richard is a founding partner of Material Pictures and an Angel 8 Advisor with the 8VC group. He also founded Iconic Images in the past. In 2021, he ventured into the entertainment industry by co-founding KarlinBerg Entertainment alongside Karl Stefanovic.

Richard Weinberg is actively involved in Australians in Film as a Board Member, showcasing his commitment to the industry and community. He has a diverse educational background, having pursued a Bachelor of Commerce and Law (Accounting) at UNSW and completing his High School Certificate at Moriah College.

Throughout his career, Richard held various key positions including Managing Director/CEO at Terrace Tower Group, Managing Director at Fenix Real Estate Pty Ltd, Non-Executive Director at Terrace Tower Group, and Project Partner at The Ticor Group of Companies, demonstrating his versatility and leadership in the real estate and investment sectors.
