Richard Parslow is a co-founder of Goalscape Software, an innovative tool designed by Olympic athletes and coaches to visualize various projects, programs, and campaigns. Richard's expertise in high-performance sailing coaching and experience in software marketing and consultation shines through his exceptional communication and structured approach to complex concepts. Richard's sailing coaching experience includes two different teams to gold medals in world and European championships and several Grade 1 regattas. He is also proficient in team and squad management, process control, and psychological support. Richard is a graduate of the University of Sussex, where he studied BA Psychology and Cognitive Studies (AI). Prior to co-founding Goalscape Software, Richard served as a former 49er coach at RYA, co-founder at Go Partnership Limited, sales manager at Topper International, marketing manager at Software One Limited, marketing manager at One Meaning, sailmaker at Morrison Sails, and salesman at Racing Sailboats.
