His expertise lies in leadership, strategy development, branding, sales & marketing, effective communication, and fostering high-performing teams.

Richard pursued his education with a focus on science, studying Physics, Biology, and Chemistry at Exmouth Upper School, later attending Gordon Boys School, and eventually earning a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology & Virology from the University of Warwick.

Throughout his career, Richard has contributed significantly to various organizations, including serving as the Global Head of Sales & Marketing at Norbrook Laboratories Ltd and holding multiple key positions at Novartis Animal Health, Pharmacia Animal Health, and Janssen Animal Health, among others.
