Richard More is an experienced executive search specialist with over twenty years of expertise in European and African private equity, focusing on post-MBA investment professionals for growth capital GP's, placement agents, fund-of-funds, and secondaries. He actively engages with Impact groups and microfinance lenders and possesses a strong network in the Infrastructure sector. Richard's specialties encompass Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Infrastructure funds, African Impact and Microfinance banks, as well as business development professionals within Alternatives.

Richard's educational background includes studying DNO Oenology at Université de Bordeaux II, attending Hurlstone Agricultural High School in Sydney, obtaining an MBA from IMD, and a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Sydney.
