Richard Magana is a young entrepreneur and consultant passionate about developing successful businesses. Richard has expertise in web strategy, marketing, and leadership, developed through his professional experiences and involvements.

As a Freelance Web Strategy Consultant, Richard works with several companies to design and implement effective website strategies that increase traffic and conversion rates. Previously, he co-founded and managed Crossfit Heyday, a fitness center that aimed to improve people's quality of life through physical exercise. Richard also worked as a marketing associate at Novica.com, an e-commerce site that offers products from artisans worldwide. Furthermore, he served as a Resident Advisor at LMU Student Housing, where he supported freshmen students' lives, built community, and encouraged personal growth.
