Richard J. Campbell is a proven innovator with a rich background spanning the US Army, academia, and various strategic roles in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. With over two decades of military service, including prestigious positions in the 2nd/75th RANGER Battalion and at the JFK Special Warfare Center, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. His contributions led to improvements in ammunition management, resupply operations, and SERE training. Post-retirement, Richard pursued a career in psychology, earning a BA and MA while working for the Washington State Department of Health Services. His research on mental health diagnoses among incarcerated adolescents had a significant impact, influencing policies in multiple states.
