Richard Hoppe

Richard Hoppe is an experienced contractor in supporting the Department of State's IT Modernization initiative through cloud development. He has a keen interest in government support and is hoping to continue supporting federal government as an analyst, management, or IT personnel.

Richard attended the prestigious William & Mary University, where he studied Environmental Policy and Chinese Language and Culture. He also underwent an intensive Mandarin language and Chinese cultural study at Tsinghua University, which makes him an excellent fit for jobs that require international communication.
