Richard Harris is an accomplished CEO and President of the Harris family office, Saville House Holdings. He is a partner in Founders Group of Food Companies, a venture with Tricor Pacific Capital, focusing on the protein segment under Purewater Foods since 2020. With a diverse background in leading global, multi-country, high growth, and turnaround situations, Richard has a proven track record in professionalizing and scaling family businesses.

Richard Harris has a broad functional capability, including managing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows effectively. He excels in creating and executing vision and strategy, developing people and organizations, driving sales growth through innovation, managing costs, and enhancing supply chain performance. His expertise extends to accelerating working capital velocity and delivering superior financial results across various geographies.

In addition to his corporate roles, Richard Harris is a Vice Chair at Tennis Canada, a former Board Director of Peak Rock Capital's Highline Mushroom and Sweet Harvest Foods, and a past Board Member of the Faculty Advisory Board at UBC Sauder School of Business.
