Richard H. Clarke is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in engineering, climate risk analysis, and carbon pricing systems.
He co-developed a groundbreaking carbon pricing system and is the author of 'Predicting the Price of Carbon.' Clarke is known for his expertise in granular climate risk metrics at a global scale, analyzing data for countries and thousands of cities worldwide.
With a background in Chemical Engineering and Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology, Clarke has a strong educational foundation from institutions like the University of Birmingham and The Open University.
Currently, he serves as a Senior Consultant for Climate & ESG Solutions at Ortec Finance, where he applies his knowledge in climate-related financial risk management.
