With a fifteen-year background as a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) facilitator, Richard has conducted hundreds of impactful sessions for Fortune 500 senior leaders and entry-level employees in the US and internationally.

His diverse skill set and self-starting nature have enabled him to excel across various industries and verticals, demonstrating a strong ability to form remarkable teams and tackle significant challenges.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Vassar College.
