Richard Goold

Richard Goold is an accomplished and experienced pharmaceutical professional with a strong background in biochemistry and pharmacology. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from the University of Cape Town, and has studied at Rhodes University. With a career spanning more than two decades, Goold has held various leadership positions, including Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Sciences at Lyell Immunopharma, Founder and CEO at Station X, and Senior Vice President and Chief Genomics Officer at Incyte. He has also led research teams at the Stanford Human Genome Center and the UCSF Human Genome Mapping Center. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Goold also served as the Head of Sterile Products Manufacturing at Caps Pharmaceuticals.
