Richard Cloutier

Richard Cloutier is an experienced executive with a strong background in innovation, tech transfer, and international business deals in the bio-industry sector. He holds a B.Sc in Biochemistry from Université de Sherbrooke and an MBA in Health Management from Université Laval. With over 30 years of experience, Cloutier has held several executive positions, including President and CEO of Ecofuel, and President and CEO of Réseau Bio-Innovation®. He has also acted as an Investment Manager and Research Professional, focusing on start-ups management and financial strategies.

Cloutier has a strong expertise in developing and implementing innovation and tech transfer strategies for companies, and he has worked primarily in Europe and the United States. He has a proven track record of successfully developing and launching companies in the biopharmaceutical industry. Cloutier is a member of the Board of Directors of Fonds de Recherche Québec Nature et Technologies and is frequently consulted on international innovation strategies in the bio-industry.
