After completing his undergraduate studies abroad at the prestigious European Business School (Paris), Rich embarked on a career in high-tech sales with Hewlett Packard. Here, he immersed himself in the B2B sales environment, establishing a solid foundation for what would turn into a transformative career in the SaaS industry.
Throughout the past decade, Rich has played significant roles in building and leading high-performing inside and enterprise sales teams at various high-growth SaaS companies. His leadership capabilities were instrumental in notable acquisitions, including that of Confio Software, sold for an impressive $103 million in 2013, and Conga, acquired by Apptus in 2020. In 2018, Rich joined Zoom Video Communications, where he has been pivotal in creating the sales enablement engine that significantly contributed to the company's historic IPO in 2019. Currently, he supports a robust sales organization of over 1,500 representatives, navigating the challenges of hyper growth.
