Riccardo Soff

Riccardo Soff is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sales and Operations at Enqos, a company he co-founded in 2013. With over 15 years of experience in sales and operations primarily within the IT industry, he has a proven track record of generating significant revenue, including over $100 million in sales while consulting for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

Professional Background

Riccardo began his career in 2006 at Amazon as a Traffic Manager, where he managed inbound freight and relationships with carriers. He then transitioned to Marchex in 2008, serving as a Domain Manager, where he successfully generated over $35 million in sales. Prior to his role at Enqos, he co-founded Runway2Street, an online fashion retail startup.

At Enqos, Riccardo is responsible for new business development, client relations, product marketing, and overall management of sales functions. He is also actively involved in the startup community in Seattle and is a Charter Member of TiE Seattle, which focuses on fostering entrepreneurship through mentoring and networking.
