Rianne Sijtema is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, employer branding, and hospitality management.
Initially starting in the hospitality industry, Rianne transitioned to recruitment almost two decades ago with Unique, where she spent 10 years in various roles including intercedent and vestigingsmanager.
She later moved into a corporate setting as a Manager of Recruitment at Selectcamp/Vavanceselect, specializing in camping vacations, which led her to discover her passion for labor market communication.
