Rhiannon Staub

Rhiannon Staub is an accomplished event strategist known for her expertise in service and customer experience.

Starting in the events industry from a customer service position, she has progressed through various roles such as Project Manager, Account Executive, Regional Director, and eventually Vice President of Account Executives.

With a strong background in managing live events ranging from public trade shows to high-end corporate events, Rhiannon excels in relationship building by providing creative solutions and bringing the client's vision to life.

Her experience in event and personnel management has allowed her to transition to multi-channel event management, where she has effectively guided clients and staff in producing virtual events while prioritizing the customer experience.

Rhiannon Staub holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree with a focus on Art, Photography, Art History, and Spanish from Elon University, along with additional studies in Spanish Language and Art at Fundacion Ortega y Gasset.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Account Executives at Shepard Exposition Services, she has previously held positions including Director of Account Executives, National Account Executive, and Customer Service Representative within the same organization. She also worked at Elon University's Photo Lab in the past.
