    Rhea's early ventures include founding award-winning impact design companies like DIGS Design Agency and DIGS E-commerce, as well as co-founding MakeOurFuture.coop, a consulting cooperative aimed at helping organizations transition to more equitable practices.

    As an educator at Parsons School of Design, Rhea teaches students to approach challenges from a holistic systems perspective, emphasizing the importance of considering economic, social, and environmental impacts in their solutions. She also established the Parsons Elab, a design-driven research lab focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.

    In her role at the NYC Innovation Collective, Rhea collaborates on creating pathways for underserved entrepreneurs, showcasing her dedication to fostering inclusivity and diversity in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

    Rhea's extensive educational background includes a Master of Arts (MA) in Media Studies and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Environmental Design & Architecture from Parsons School of Design.
