Reuben Metcalfe
Reuben Metcalfe, a seasoned bootstrapper, has a diverse and accomplished background in entrepreneurship and tech. He began his forays into entrepreneurship with an industrial coatings import/export business in Japan and a utilities brokerage firm in Australia and New Zealand. Since then, he has worked on several multinational hackathon series in the auto, aero, and space tech industries, and pursued law and technology at the intersection of these fields in the US. Metcalfe has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Nelson School of Music and studied at Stanford University.
He is the founder of Too Soon?, a former founder and CEO of Class Action, Inc., a former founder of Startup: DRIVE, and a former growth team member at Dash Robotics, Inc. and Antipodean Labs. Metcalfe has also served as the Entrepreneur in Residence at The Kiwi Landing Pad, Business Development/Sales at SmartShow Ltd and Managing Director at Free Procurement. Additionally, he has worked as a mentor for The Thiel Foundation, a BDFL for Startup Weekend Space at UP Global, conducted workshops on sales and business development for startups with Entrepreneurship NZ Trust, and was an advisor for Dunvegan Space Systems.
