Renee Lafair

Renee Lafair is a dynamic professional currently serving as the Regional Director at the Anti-Defamation League in Austin.

With a strong educational background, Renee pursued her studies at The Kinkaid School, Princeton University where she obtained a Master's in Public Policy with a focus on Economics and Public Policy, and The Wharton School where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Finance with a minor in Math.

Prior to her current role, Renee Lafair showcased her entrepreneurial spirit by founding and partnering at Green Places Home Builders. She also delved into independent consulting and entrepreneurship through RL Ventures.

Renee has a passion for her work, her family, and is an avid reader who enjoys exploring new ideas and thinking outside the box. Her views are reflective of her own experiences and beliefs.
