Renée DeRouin-Jessen is the Vice President and Head of Talent & Culture Institute at Lockton Companies. With over 12 years of consulting experience with global organizations like Hilton and Marriott, Renée is a senior strategist and advisor on talent solutions, focusing on improving individual and team performance while aligning with business objectives.

Renée's expertise lies in advancing workforce practices through thought leadership, applied research, and knowledge sharing among HR leaders globally. She leads a Virtual Learning Series and an Advisory Council at Lockton, fostering excellence in workforce practices.

Renée holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a BS in Psychology from University of Central Florida and Flagler College, respectively.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Renée contributes to the Organizational Leadership Committee of United Against Poverty Orlando (UP Orlando) and serves on the Board of the Greater Orlando Organization Development (GOOD) Network.
