Renata Florio is an award-winning creative leader with over 25 years of experience in the advertising industry. She currently serves as the Chief Creative Officer for Ogilvy Health, overseeing creative for all offices in North America.12
Prior to her current role, Florio spent three years as a global executive creative director for health and wellness in Ogilvy's New York office.1 She has also held creative leadership roles at FCB and Wing.1
Florio started her career in creative roles at global agencies in Brazil, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis and BBDO.1 She has worked with iconic brands such as Neutrogena, Pantene, Olay, Cover-Girl, Nivea, Band-Aid, Sundown, Suave and Dove.2

Florio has served on juries for prestigious award shows such as Cannes Lions, One Show, LIA, and Clio Awards.3 She was also named among the most awarded creative directors of the year in 2018.3
Born in Brazil to an Italian father and Brazilian mother, Florio grew up in São Paulo. She later moved to Europe to work in Italy and the UK before relocating to New York, where she has been based for over a decade.2
Florio holds a degree in Language and Literature and a Master's in Advertising. She is married with two children and a Labrador dog.2
