Throughout her career, Regina has been involved in various organizations, holding roles such as Founder at Stealth Mode, Mentor at CONNECTOLOGY, and Community Member at 2hearts. She has also served as an Acceleration Manager at Seedstars, where she honed her skills in supporting startups and fostering innovation.

Regina's contributions extend to her role as an Innovation and Education Delegation Alumna at the Open World Leadership Center, highlighting her commitment to continuous learning and growth. Additionally, her experience as the Executive Director at UANGEL, the Ukrainian Business Angels Network, showcases her leadership abilities and dedication to supporting the entrepreneurial community.
