Reema Kannout

Reema Kannout is dedicated to helping companies transition from traditional resume-based hiring to skills-based hiring.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from San Jose State University, and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communications Studies from West Valley College.

Reema has a strong professional background, having served in various roles at HackerRank and Barracuda. At HackerRank, she has worked as the Regional Manager for Account Management, Regional Manager for Renewals, Renewals Lead for Commercial & Enterprise Business, and in various other renewals capacities. Prior to HackerRank, she also held roles at Barracuda as Channel Renewals - Americas and Renewals Specialist for the North Central Region.

Her focus on account management, renewals, and commercial and enterprise business showcases her expertise in client relations, business development, and renewals strategies.
