Reece Adnams

Reece Adnams is an accomplished CEO and Global Managing Principal at Eaton Square, a well-known Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Services advisor for technology, services, and other growth companies founded in 2008. With over 15 years of experience in corporate strategy and M&A, Reece has held senior executive roles in major conglomerates such as John Fairfax Holdings, Royal Dutch Shell in London, and IBM Corporation in New York. Reece has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and an MA in International Relations from Monash University, studied P Grad in Politics at the same university, and majored in Business Administration (Marketing) from RMIT University.

As an expert in M&A, Corporate Strategy, and Professional Services, Reece is deeply focused on M&A for engineering (including mining and oil and gas services) firms, IT Services firms, management consultancies, and software and technology companies. Eaton Square undertakes a variety of engagements, including buy-side and sell-side engagements for large multinational firms, as well as merging firms across state or national borders. Reece has been instrumental in key Eaton Square investments, including Beaton Research and Consulting and WDScott, a management consulting firm. He is particularly interested in the potential shareholder returns of corporate social responsibility investments.

During his professional career, Reece has completed an impressive list of recent transactions, including the sale of an Australian management consulting firm to a leading US firm, sale of an Australian mining services firm to a US-based engineering giant, and acquisition of an Australian management consultancy on behalf of a European engineering firm.
