Rebecca McDonald

Rebecca McDonald is a versatile professional with a background in sports management, education, and administration.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Sports Management & Marketing from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Melbourne.

Her educational journey began at Ballarat Grammar School where she completed her Victorian Certificate of Education.

Rebecca has a strong affiliation with Tennis Australia, where she has held various roles, including National Clubs & Schools Manager, Head of Schools, Tennis in Schools Manager, Hot Shots in Schools Coordinator, and Community Tennis Administrator.

Prior to her time at Tennis Australia, she also gained experience working at Cricket Australia as an Administrator.

Her professional experience extends beyond sports, having served as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Leadership at NHS and as a Membership Services Coordinator at Tennis West.
