Rebecca MacDonald

Rebecca MacDonald is a seasoned business leader with a diverse background spanning larger corporates and SMEs in New Zealand and the UK.

During her tenure at Air New Zealand, she held various key roles including Senior Manager Design and Construction where she spearheaded a project management center of excellence and secured Board approval for a significant capital program.

She later transitioned to managing operational teams, overseeing large staff numbers at Dunedin, Invercargill, and Wellington Airports.

Rebecca is currently serving as an Agile Coach at Air New Zealand, contributing to the Agile Transformation initiative.

Her areas of expertise include program and project management, strategic development, business leadership, risk management, team building, change leadership, property, and construction management.

She has a strong educational foundation with a Masters in Business Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and a BE Honors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering among other qualifications.

In addition to her current role, Rebecca has held positions at various organizations such as Property Council New Zealand, AMBAAC, RDT Pacific, and CB Richard Ellis.

Her experience in managing diverse teams, driving change, and fostering partnerships makes her a valuable asset in any organization.
