Rebecca Fielding

Rebecca Fielding is the Founder and Managing Director of Gradconsult Ltd, with a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, graduates, students, and careers.

She holds a BSc in Chemistry and Industry from The University of Sheffield and has worked with various prestigious organizations in different capacities throughout her career.

Rebecca has been actively involved in the development of talent and fostering employee engagement, showcasing her expertise in leadership, culture, and training.

Her experience includes roles such as Director at the Institute of Student Employers, Talent Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, and Head of Leadership and Culture at Asda.

Prior to founding Gradconsult, she was part of the Co-operative Group in various positions like HR Team Leader, Group Graduate Programme Manager, and Training Officer.
