From there, she went on to work for top-tier private equity firms, including TPG Capital and Fox Paine. Applying the financial and operational expertise gained from working in the for-profit sector, Rebecca transitioned to the non-profit sector, where she served as CEO of ARCS Group, Vice President of M2 Holdings, and Chief Operating Officer of International Technological University. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff at Defy Ventures, where she helped the organization scale its reach and impact.
