Razzaq Manley

Razzaq Manley is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with a diverse background in project management, water resources, and utility management. He holds a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering, both from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Currently, Razzaq Manley serves as the Principal Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to his role. Prior to this, he held positions as a Senior Civil Engineer at Southeast Morris County MUA, Assistant Civil Engineer at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, Principal Engineer at Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation, as well as internship roles at J Fletcher Creamer and Son, and MZM Construction Co. Inc.

Razzaq Manley's skill set includes proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and specialized knowledge in Water Resources. His academic background and extensive work experience have equipped him with the necessary skills to excel in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
