Razlan Hanafiah

I run Projectile, a UX focused design collaborative that crafts user-centric digital experience for startups and well established enterprises from around the world.

Razlan Hanafiah is a seasoned designer with expertise in user experience (UX/UI) and brand identity design, known for a goal-oriented and data-driven approach.

With a background as an entrepreneur, Razlan values people, collaboration, and open communication, drawing from years of experience in understanding stakeholders' and users' needs to offer optimal and creative solutions.

Before establishing Projectile, Razlan honed his skills working for various advertising and digital design agencies, startups, a multinational software enterprise, a government agency, and an award-winning airline company.

Razlan's educational background includes a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp, a FR Certificate from The Freelancer's Workshop, and a Bachelor of Multimedia from Multimedia University.

He also studied at Clifford Secondary School.

In terms of professional experience, Razlan holds the title of Founder at Projectile and has previously worked as a UI/UX Designer at AirAsia, Ombré, and CodeArmy (Motionworks).

Additionally, he has served as a Senior Product Designer at iCommerce Asia, Lead Designer at Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Center (MaGIC), and UI/UX and Graphic Designer at Bake 180.

His earlier roles include Graphic & Web Designer positions at Mantera Communications and Akhwanco.
