Rayssa Chomba

Rayssa Chomba is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with eight years of experience in Talent Management, Training, and Culture in various industries such as Telecommunications, Retail, Services, and Fishing. She is a well-rounded professional with a strategic mind, goal-oriented approach, and a strong focus on continuous learning, innovation, and co-creating solutions and initiatives through Design Thinking tools.

Rayssa holds a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and is a certified Systemic Coach by More Global. She also studied Human Resources at Universidad Del Pacifico (PE).

Throughout her career, Rayssa has taken various positions in well-known companies such as TASA (Grupo BRECA), Centria - CSC Grupo Breca, Mall Aventura Plaza, Terra Networks, and Globokas Peru, where she was responsible for managing Talent and Culture, Change Management, Human Resources Development, and Learning and Development.
