Rayshawn Whitford is an experienced strategist who has a background in advising clients and executives on various strategic aspects such as team building, organizational transformation, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

He has a track record of coaching leaders across different sectors and helping individuals overcome imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs.

Rayshawn is proud of his accomplishments, including developing national strategies for nonprofits, creating growth strategies for mental health training providers, coordinating coalitions for funding distribution, and devising fundraising plans resulting in significant increase in annual funding.

Currently, he is working on leadership development and team building through his initiative Teaming For Tomorrow.

Rayshawn Whitford holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with focuses on Environmental Sustainability and International Development from Babson College.

He has a diverse organizational background, having held various roles from Founder and Managing Director to Senior Inclusion Strategy Partner at Twitter, and different advisory and consultancy positions at The Bridgespan Group.

Rayshawn also has experience in entrepreneurship development, having served in roles like Country Director at Babson Rwanda Entrepreneurship Center and National Coordinator at Global Entrepreneurship Week.

In addition, he has a professional background as a Writing Center Consultant at Babson Rwanda Entrepreneurship Center and internships at PwC.
