Rayne Handley is an experienced quantitative and qualitative researcher with a passion for the human capital space. She holds multiple degrees in management and economics from Rhodes University, where she now lectures students on qualitative data analysis. Rayne has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, presented her research at conferences, and regularly contributes to industry publications. She is currently the Head of Research & Analytics at GRM Intelligence, a pan-African research and advisory firm focused on understanding the complex dynamics of countries, sectors, and organizations.
