Ravi Jhala is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in food industry leadership and research.

Currently serving as the Global Head of Commercial at Perfect Day, Ravi has a wealth of experience in various roles within the industry.

Prior to his current position, Ravi held the role of Head of Food Development at Perfect Day, showcasing his expertise in product innovation and development.

With a strong foundation in research and development, Ravi has held key positions such as Team Leader/Head of R&D-Product Development at Schreiber Dynamix Dairies Ltd and R&D Manager at Chobani, Inc.

His tenure at Wells' Enterprises Inc. saw him take on roles ranging from Sr. Manager in R&D to Technical Services Scientist, demonstrating his versatility and proficiency in different aspects of the industry.

Before his time at Wells' Enterprises Inc., Ravi gained valuable experience at Sargento Foods as a Research Scientist, where he honed his skills in food research and development.

His career journey started with internships, where he laid the groundwork for his future success. Ravi served as an Intern - QA Supervisor at Old Fashioned Foods and as a Research Intern at the Center for Dairy Research at UW Madison, Wisconsin, USA.
