Rasma Saule is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Currently serving as the Managing Director at Itella Lithuania, a part of the Posti group, Rasma focuses on enhancing e-commerce solutions for clients in a rapidly growing market.

She believes that logistics is fundamentally about people, which influences her approach to leading the company and managing day-to-day operations.

Rasma is also a board member of the Lithuanian National Association of Forwarders and Logistics 'LINEKA', where she advocates for improving industry legislation and promoting the diverse opportunities within the profession.

Her educational background includes a diverse range of studies such as Executive MBA, Geography, Transportation Law, Law, and Management from reputable institutions like Baltic Management Institute, Vilnius University, and Mykolo Romerio Universitetas.

Prior to her current role, she held positions such as Legal Counsel at Itella Lithuania, Team Manager at Rhenus Logistics, and served on the Board of Investors' Forum, showcasing her well-rounded experience in the field.
