Alyssa Torres

Alyssa Torres is a Hospitality and Tourism Management graduate from Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Management in Toronto. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience in customer service, relationship building, sales, marketing, and communication.

Alyssa's interest in traveling, coupled with her multicultural background, has influenced her passion for becoming a leader in the hospitality and tourism industry. Her exposure to various cultures has equipped her with a unique perspective and understanding of diverse customer needs.

With a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University, Alyssa has honed her skills through roles at prominent organizations like The DMZ and Ryerson Social Media Lab.

Having served as Events & Services Coordinator, Operations Assistant & Events Lead, Events & Services Assistant at The DMZ, and Event Coordinator/Marketing Assistant at Ryerson Social Media Lab, Alyssa has demonstrated her capabilities in organizing events, managing services, and handling marketing responsibilities.

Prior to these roles, Alyssa excelled as a Lead Server at Paramount Fine Foods, further enhancing her customer service skills and understanding of the hospitality industry. Her work experiences have shaped her into a well-rounded professional, ready to make a significant impact in the hospitality and tourism sector.
