Rashit Khayrullin

Rashit Khayrullin, born in 1986 in Kazan, is an accomplished individual with a diverse range of experiences and achievements.

He graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of Kazan State University in 2008, showcasing his academic prowess and dedication.

In 2010, Rashit became a member of the Staff reserve of the Tatarstan President, demonstrating early leadership potential and public service commitments.
