Prior to this, he completed his Advanced Diploma at Chantilly High School and studied at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Additionally, he has contributed to The Pitt News as an Account Executive and demonstrated his financial acumen as a Junior Analyst at Panther Equity.
Rashel's leadership skills are evident through his past roles as Vice President of Professional Development at the Pitt Collegiate DECA Chapter and Head Of Programming at the Pitt Global Brigades Chapter. His dedication to academic excellence led him to serve as the President of the Alpha Chapter at the National Lambda Sigma Honor Society.
Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Rashel has been actively engaged in various initiatives aimed at empowering communities. From serving as a Teacher and Mentor at the Learn Empower Uplift Foundation to participating as a Youth Facilitator at the World Bank Family Network, Rashel's commitment to making a positive impact is truly commendable.
