Randy Tripp holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology, both from The College of William and Mary, showcasing his commitment to personal and professional development.

With a career marked by notable roles, Randy served as the Director of Scholarship and Alumni Services at the Ron Brown Scholar Program, displaying his dedication to supporting students in their academic pursuits.

Previously, Randy held the position of Associate Dean of Admission and Director of Multicultural Recruitment at the College of William & Mary, where he actively worked towards creating a diverse and inclusive campus community.

His experience also includes being the Associate Director of MBA Admissions at William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business, underlining his expertise in recruiting top talent for prestigious academic programs.

Before his current role, Randy Tripp was a Program Coordinator at the University of Maryland, where he further honed his skills in program management and student affairs.
