Randy Hatfield is a seasoned Senior Education Adviser with a rich background in international development, boasting over 25 years of experience.
His expertise lies in education policy, project design and evaluation, decentralization, local governance of education, community mobilization, and private sector engagement.

Currently, Randy serves as the Director of Education, Youth & Gender Practice at DevTech Systems, Inc.
Previously, he held positions as a Senior Technical Advisor in Education at DevTech Systems, Inc., Senior International Advisor at Hatfield Associates, and Senior Policy Adviser at USAID/Pakistan.
He also has experience as a Program Manager and Deputy Office Director at USAID/Pakistan, an Education Consultant at Dubai Knowledge Park - TECOM Group, an Education Office Director at USAID, and a Program Manager at Aga Khan Foundation Pakistan.
Randy Hatfield has also worked as a Senior Education Consultant and held a role as a Sr. Program Officer at the Academy for Educational Development.
