Rand Fitzpatrick is a highly accomplished professional focused on data and computation. He studied at the University of Southern California and has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career. He is currently the Director of Product Management at Vercel, and has previously held senior product management roles at HashiCorp, GitHub, and Heroku. Fitzpatrick has spent much of his career as a product manager, demonstrating a keen understanding of how to make it easier for people to think about, understand, and act on data.

Before entering the tech industry, Fitzpatrick worked as a Research Associate at the USC Dornsife Cognitive Neuroscience Center, as well as a Science + Technology Coordinator at both Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum and Perkins + Will. He has also held several positions in product and program management, including roles at MusicIP, Bitscribe, and Pioneers of the Inevitable.

Fitzpatrick is passionate about making a positive impact on the world and has two personal rules for living: leave the world better than you found it, and have as much fun as possible while doing so. He is a highly respected leader in the tech industry and has spoken at various conferences and events.
