Drove the operational design and implementation of EY’s compliance and reporting technology platform to deliver over 6.5M 1095C forms and 250+ client IRS filings.  Developed and designed integrated business and technology processes to increase revenue growth from $3M to over $50M in one year’s time. 

Redesigned the IT and Operations organizations; expanded from 15 to 100+ within nine months.  This team was comprised of employees, vendors, and off-shore resources with an overall budget of $15M+. 

Directed 200+ resources to support all Tax IT service delivery for over 400 applications that were leveraged by EY’s professionals across the Americas, with an annual budget exceeded $20M. 

Managed four multi-million dollar transformation programs focused on redesigning business processes and leveraging technology to increase productivity and EY’s competitive market position in the Partnership, Human Capital, Affordable Care Act, and Financial Advisory Tax practices, with the goal to drive an increase in revenue of over $300M in five years’ time.

Advocated new regulatory policies and procedures with the Public Service Commissions (PSC) in four states including negotiation of terms and conditions for settlement stipulations in rate cases.  Negotiated three different agreements with the PCSs on incentive regulation plans in Tennessee and West Virginia that preserved $3 million in annual revenue.

Administrator – Revenue and Earnings Management

Managed the finances for a $100 million contract GTE held with the state of California to build the country's second-largest private telephone network.  The new network connected all the state agencies on one system to enable voice, video and data.  Analyzed, evaluated and presented recommendations to GTE's CFO on asset class allocations for its  $1 billion non-traditional category of GTE's pension fund.
