• Holds a PhD in Administrative Sciences with an emphasis on Strategic Technology Application in Government Organizations and a Postdoctorate in ICT-mediated teaching1
• Has a professional career in the academic sector as a senior executive, collaborator, researcher, and lecturer on strategic technology application in organizations1
• Concurrently has been involved in the ICT sector, in the areas of business strategic definition and sectoral competitive definition as an engineer in private companies, senior executive in the Colombian government, and consultant through multilateral support agencies for multiple Latin American governments1
• Currently serves as Academic Vice Rector at Universidad EAN in Colombia1
