Stuart Thornton is a seasoned business professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bournemouth University and attended Westcliff High Grammar School For Boys. Over the years, Stuart has gained extensive experience working with various organizations like Vodafone Global Enterprise, WorldPay, and iBasis, among others.

Throughout his career, Stuart has served in various leadership roles, including Director of Sales & Business Development - Asia Pacific (including Japan) and Country Manager - Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands at iBasis. Most recently, he co-founded hoolah, a cutting-edge fintech firm that allows customers to buy what they want and pay for it over three interest-free instalments. He is now the CEO of this growing company and is loving every moment of building it up.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Stuart is known for his business mentoring and advisory work. He has been a mentor to startups at Startupbootcamp FinTech and an advisor to several companies like TenX, jumper.ai, and VeriME. He was also a Vice President of Business Development for the APAC region at WorldPay and a committee member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Singapore's ICT committee.

Stuart is passionate about entrepreneurship, building relationships based on mutual and honest support, and making people smile.
