Rami Kalai
Experienced Startup Founder & Exec | CSO @ Complyance
Rami Kalai is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Implementation at Complyance, a role he began in June 2024. He has a strong background in startups and technology, having co-founded and served as CEO of Compose, a company focused on improving sales processes via WhatsApp, since September 2019. Prior to this, he was a co-founder of Quanterium (now known as Compose.im) and worked as a Technology Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for a brief period in 2017.
Kalai's educational background includes research experience at the Robot Intelligence Lab at Imperial College London, where he worked on robotics and machine learning projects. His earlier internships also provided him with insights into engineering practices and CAD software applications.
In addition to his professional roles, Kalai has been recognized with the AP Scholar with Distinction Award for his academic achievements during high school. He is fluent in both English and Arabic.
