Suzanna Tang is a Singapore-based entrepreneur and founder of Urban Origins, an e-commerce platform that focuses on strengthening one of the crucial pillars of Singapore's food security - "Grow Local." With a commitment to providing fresh, sustainable, and traceable food, Suzanna collaborates with local urban farms, agri-food tech companies, upcycled food companies, local food artisans, and chefs in Singapore. Her focus on making sustainable food accessible to everyone aligns with her belief that everyone should contribute to Singapore's food future. Suzanna has a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education, Singapore, and studied Venture Building at the National University of Singapore, BA (Hons.) Communication Studies with a minor in music at Nanyang Technological University, and science at Victoria Junior College. Her professional experience includes teaching, working as a regional communications intern at Evonik, serving as a relief teacher at the Ministry of Education of Singapore, and as an accounting department staff at Marina Bay Sands.
