Rakhshanda Rukham

Rakhshanda Rukham is a well-known tech expert and co-founder of Preneur Lab. She has a strong background in telecommunications engineering, having studied at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University.

Rakhshanda is actively involved in the tech community as the former community manager of Google Developer Group Dhaka, the largest developer community globally. She has been a speaker at various international conferences, including events in the USA, Singapore, and Nepal, collaborating with major brands like Google and Youtube.

Rakhshanda's dedication to empowering women in technology earned her the top speaker recognition at the Google Developer Summit in 2016. She has a robust educational foundation, having completed both her Higher Secondary School Certificate and Secondary School Certificate at Cantonment Public School & College, Rangpur.

In addition to her work with Preneur Lab and Google Developer Group Dhaka, Rakhshanda has held various roles such as founder at Begum.co, community leader at Women Techmakers Bangladesh, fellow at Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, SI Alumni at The Swedish Institute, and exchange alumni at the U.S. Department of State.

Rakhshanda has also contributed her expertise as a delegate at One Young World, communications analyst at Dnet - a social enterprise, and brand executive at Magnito Digital. She has undergone extensive training programs and workshops in countries like the USA, Colombia, Sweden, Singapore, Bangkok, India, and Nepal.
